A2Fingers Of Steel (Hypnolove Remix)
B1L'Amour Et La Violence
B2L'Amour Et La Violence (Boys Noize Euro mix)
The last 12" (on fluorescent pink vinyl!) from Sebastien Tellier's paraised 'Sexuality' album is a split single.
One side features the neo-romantic classic 'Fingers of Steel'. The story of a Human vs. Robot love affair, moisty and hypnotic, already played in clubs all around the world. The one and only remix is from the Tellier's labelmates and protégés of Hypnolove, and it's a tribute to Rondo Veneziano.
Tellier danced to it in his tour bus several times in a row when he heard it for the first time.

The other side is even more classic: 'L'Amour et la violence' is Tellier's new 'La Ritournelle'. His composition genius is obvious on this type of song, beautiful chords, simple and deep lyrics, magnificient arrangements. He called it 'my song for my shrink'. The remix job is from the one and only Boys Noize. The original song being a rhythm-less one, he added the perfect Euro-beat to create a pefect teen anthem: 'Tell me what you think / About my life, about my childhood / I like love and violence too'.
